Ingredients

  • 1 liter water

  • 1 tea spoon oil

  • Salt  to taste

  • 1 pack (180 gm) noodles

  • 1 cup cauliflower

  • ½ cup carrot

  • 3 table spoon butter

  • 2 pcs egg

  • ½ cup onion sliced

  • 2 pcs green chili

  • Noodles tastemaker     

Directions

  • First, heat water in a pan, adding a little salt and oil. When the water boils, add the noodles, cauliflower, and carrot pieces. Once the noodles and vegetables are cooked, drain the water and rinse them with cold water so that the noodles do not stick together.
  • Heat one tablespoon of butter in a pan, and crack two eggs into it. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the eggs, and then scramble them until cooked. After done, transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate.
  • Heat two tablespoons of butter in a pan. First, sauté chopped onions and sliced green chilies until the onions turn light golden. Then, add the boiled noodles and vegetables, and mix well. To enhance the flavor of the noodles, add the noodle taste maker, salt to taste, and the scrambled eggs. Stir everything together thoroughly.
