150 grams chicken (boneless)
1⁄2 tsp garlic paste
1⁄2 tsp ginger paste
Salt (to taste)
1⁄4 tsp black pepper
1⁄2 tsp garam masala powder
1⁄2 tsp chili powder
180 grams noodles (1 packet)
3 tbsp butter
1⁄4 cup onion
2 pcs green chili
1⁄3 cup carrot
1⁄3 cup capsicum slices
Noodles masala (1 packet)
Directions

Marinate the chicken for the noodles. Boneless chicken should be cut into thin pieces. Garlic paste, ginger paste, half a teaspoon of salt (or to taste), pepper powder, garam masala powder, and chili powder should be mixed well and marinated for 15 minutes. - Step 02
Add enough water and salt to taste to boil the noodles. When the water is hot, boil the noodles for 5-7 minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, drain the water and rinse them in cold water to prevent the noodles from sticking together. - Step 03
Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Then, put the previously marinated chicken pieces in the pan and fry lightly for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the chopped onion, chopped green chilies, and chopped carrots, and fry for another 2-3 minutes. After that, stir in the capsicum slices and cook for a while. - Step 04
Mix the boiled noodles with salt to taste and noodle seasoning. Then, mix again with a tablespoon of butter and stir for a while.
