1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup palm
1/4 cup coconut
1 cup flour
1/4 cup milk powder
1 tea spoon baking powder
1/4 tea spoon salt
1/4 cup milk
Directions
- Step 1:
Heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. - Step 2:
Take two room-temperature eggs in a large bowl and beat them well with a beater or hand whisk, along with sugar. Beat the eggs until the sugar is well mixed, then mix in the oil and liquid milk. Next, alternate mixing in the palm and grated coconut until well combined. - Step 3:
Sift the milk powder, baking powder, and salt, then slowly mix them into the batter, taking care not to overmix. - Step 4:
Place cupcake liners in a cupcake mold and slowly pour the batter into them. Sprinkle some coconut over the cupcake batter for decoration.
Bake the cupcakes in the oven at 160°C for 30 to 35 minutes. - Step 5:
Check if the cupcakes are done by inserting a toothpick—if it comes out clean, the baking is complete.
