Ingredients

  • 250 gram chicken breast (cut into a long pieces)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • ½ tsp cumin powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp corn flour

  • 1 pcs egg

  • Bread crumbs

  • Oil – for frying

Directions

  • Cut the chicken breast pieces lengthwise.
    In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces well with salt, vinegar, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, black pepper powder, corn flour, and egg.
    Let the marinated chicken rest for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, coat the marinated chicken pieces well with breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully covered.
    {After applying the breadcrumbs, you can store them in the fridge for up to two months if desired.}
  • Heat enough oil in a frying pan. Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken fingers on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Once each side is properly fried, place them on kitchen tissue to drain the excess oil.
  • Serve the hot chicken fingers with sauce or mayonnaise. Enjoy crispy chicken fingers!
