250 gram chicken (boneless)
Salt to taste
¼ tsp + ½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp + 1 tbsp soya sauce
½ tsp + 1 tsp ginger paste
1 litter water
1 tsp+ 4 tbsp oil
2 cups rice
¼ cup onion slice
1 tsp garlic paste
2 pcs green chili
1 cup carrot
1 cup broccoli
½ cup spring onion
2 tbsp tomato sauce

In a bowl, take the chicken pieces and add salt to taste, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp ginger paste. Mix well and marinate the chicken. - Step: 2
Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20-30 minutes. Then, in a pan, boil water for cooking the rice. Add 1 tsp oil, some salt, and the soaked rice. When the rice is 80% cooked, drain the water and set the rice aside. - Step: 3
In a frying pan, heat 2 table spoon oil. Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them on medium heat for 5-6 minutes until the color changes. Once done, take the chicken out and set it aside. - Step: 4
In the same pan, heat 2 table spoon oil and add the chopped onion. When the onion turns slightly golden, add garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, green chilies, carrots, broccoli, salt to taste, and ½ tsp black pepper powder. Stir-fry on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Then, add the spring onions and the fried chicken pieces. Mix well and fry for 1-2 minutes. After that, add the half-cooked rice along with 1 table spoon soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, and salt to taste. Mix everything well. - Step: 5
