4 pcs chicken sausages
300 gram pasta
50 gram butter
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
¼ cup onion (chopped)
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chili powder

1 packet taste maker
1 cup milk
¼ cup red capsicum
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Directions:
- Step 1:
Start by slicing the four chicken sausages into thin pieces. - Step 2:
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until well-cooked. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and set it aside. - Step 3:
Heat butter in a pan. Once the butter melts, add the finely chopped garlic and onions, and sauté until they turn light golden brown. Then, add the sliced chicken sausages and fry them for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden. Now, add the tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, black pepper powder, taste maker, and one cup of milk. Mix everything well and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. - Step 4:
Once everything is mixed, add the boiled pasta, red capsicum, and grated mozzarella cheese. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Finally, add the chopped coriander leaves and gently mix them in. - Step 5:
