200gr Chicken (boneless)
1 pcs Green chili
1/2 tea spoon Salt
2 Cup Water
1 Cup Cucumber
1 tbsp Coriander (Chopped)
3/4 Cup Cream
1 table spoon Mayonnaise
Salt-to taste
Black pepper powder-to taste
A large Bread Slices
Butter-as need to apply on bread
Tomato sauce- as need to apply on bread
Directions
- Step 1:
First, boil the chicken meat in a pan with green chilies and salt. - Step 2:
Once it has cooled, shredded it into small pieces. Then, in a bowl, mix the chicken pieces, cucumber, coriander leaves, cream, mayonnaise, salt to taste, and black pepper powder. - Step 3:
Cut off the hard parts of two slices of bread. Spread butter on one side of each slice and tomato sauce on the other side. Place the prepared mixture on the buttered side of one slice, then cover with the other slice, sauce side down.
Once the sandwich is ready, cut it into triangles and serve.
